New Version Of Eep

This one can kinda parse Notation3, and do multiple builtins. Attached
as <<eep20020219-031938.tar.gz>>. Future versions of the Eep RDF API
will be maintained at:-

   http://infomesh.net/2002/eep/eep.tar.gz

To run the tests, simply run all *test.py files through python. If
sha512 doesn't work, get rid of the module, and remove the references
to it from the tests (it should only used in the builtins test
anyway).
