I've received additional info from a couple of people. Are there any
more comments, suggestions, etc., including definitions and
requirements, people would like to include? I want to get an update out
by our next telecon and have it be completed, at least in rough form.

ps. I've sent the same message to the larger working group. Please
respond either to it or to this message, whichever you prefer.
