Amaya does not display correctly inline span with a float property. It introduces a line break before the float in the parent text. <p style="text-align: justify;">Some text, that I call parent, the span being the child, supposed to go round the following note (1) HERE <span style="float: right;">(1) Some note supposed to float right</span> and some more parent text to continue around the floating note.</p> In this schematic example, Amaya would cut the text after the word HERE, which is not asked by me, and not by the html or css specifications either, as far as I know. Furthermore Amaya pretends to justify even the broken short line finishing with HERE by the full width of the window. For a real world example, compare http://www.meeus-d.be/marxisme/philo/cours3.html in Firefox and in Amaya.
