On a more general note, shouldn't anything available in a Toolbar (or Tool Palatte), also be available somewhere via a menu? or a keyboard shortcut? By the time I go to all the trouble to display that special characters tool on my screen (and find room for it) I could go to the source code and type — (which is what I usually do). A Special Characters option under the Insert menu would be more consistent with the other editing programs that I use . . .
