Thanks a lot, the patch worked, I could compile amaya now. Unfortunately, the resulting amaya binary crashes with message below. Regards Mark J.P. The program 'amaya_bin' received an X Window System error. This probably reflects a bug in the program. The error was 'BadMatch (invalid parameter attributes)'. (Details: serial 6061 error_code 8 request_code 143 minor_code 5) (Note to programmers: normally, X errors are reported asynchronously; that is, you will receive the error a while after causing it. To debug your program, run it with the --sync command line option to change this behavior. You can then get a meaningful backtrace from your debugger if you break on the gdk_x_error() function.) > -----Original Message----- > From: regis@boudin.name > Sent: Tue, 16 Oct 2007 10:32:19 +0100 (BST) > To: mjp.colorado@inbox.com > Subject: Re: amaya comilation failure on amd64 architecture > > Hi, > > On Tue, October 16, 2007 04:34, M.J.P. wrote: >> >> Dear Sir or Madam, >> >> unfortunately, the compilation of amaya fails on my amd64 platform with >> the message below. >> Could you please give me some advice how to correct that? > > I found this bug too, and the attached patch fixes the problem. > > Regards, > Regis ____________________________________________________________ GET FREE 5GB ONLINE STORAGE - Safely store your documents, photos and music online!
