I didn't notice this problem when I first ran the Windows 9.52 binary,
but it happened consistently before I reported it.  I didn't try
changing the Welcome page, because I didn't want to accidentally save a
changed copy of it.

Until I can find a reliable way of reproducing it - which may never
happen - there's no point in worrying about it.
