Crash when %AMAYA_USER_HOME% directory does not exist

Using Amaya 9.4 on Windows XP SP2. Have %AMAYA_USER_HOME% 
environment variable specified. Trying to start Amaya when the 
%AMAYA_USER_HOME% directory does not exist causes Amaya to crash.
