Hi again, Ok, a quick follow-up on the building/wxWidgets/libWWW/DAV things and Debian. First, Debian unstable just switched to GCC 4.1 as default compiler, with which wxWidgets fails to build, because g++ 4.1 is more strict than the previous versions. So, I will certainly stick to the shared library, as it seems to work fine, and leave the task to fix that to the wxWidgets maintainers. The actual Amaya source code is fine and does not generate any error AFAIK. About the libWWW/DAV, I finally found why I could build despite the fact that the Debian-provided library has the support for WeBDAV disabled. It appears that the davlib/Makefile.dav file is missing form the distributed source archive. I think it's possible to completely get rid of it and will update my patch to fix the problem. I also filed a bug against the libwww-dev package, asking the maintainer to build with the --with-dav option., so it should be possible the enable WeBDAV support. Hopefully, I will have some time to hack around this evening. Regis -- "While a monkey can be a manager, it takes a human to be an engineer" Erik Zapletal
