Just to clarify slightly and give another data point: I upgraded my Win-XP Pro with SP2, and Amaya (v8.6) seems to work fine after the SP2 installation and reboot. (That's not to say necessarily that you SHOULD install SP2 right away, as there are the usual small number of other apps that have encountered problems, etc. I was feeling 'experimental' when I decided to upgrade, and so far, I haven't found any incompatibilites. As they say: YMMV.) Cheers... The error message is: (source: WIN_TtaSetToggleMenu(1) Error 1401) I'll watch for an update so I can resume using Amaya. Michael Giroux
