Hi, on the point about Amaya showing the wrong characters for the
opening and closing brackets in MathML <mfenced> expressions: I found
that loading the fonts as described in section II.5 of the FAQ solved
the immediate problem, but it seems that the brackets can cover at most
2 lines vertically when displayed in Amaya. I have a matrix with for
example 5 rows - how can I get the brackets to extend vertically across
all 5 rows?
