Printing US Letter from Russell O'Connor on 2001-01-19 (www-amaya@w3.org from January to March 2001)

I'm running Amaya using the solairs binaries provided.  Whenever I print a
document to a file, the file is always setup for A4, even if I have
selected US Letter in the print setup.

Is this a known problem?
