Debuf assertion fail in Amaya NT

When launching Amaya under NT for 
C:\\WINNT\Profiles\timbl\Desktop\WWW\Talks\1998\0625-AC-TBL\all.htm
 
I get a dialog box:

Abort | Retry | Ignore
 
Abort closes the program, Retry or Ignore causes the same box to reappear again.
