If this is a Narrator bug, you'll want to file it with Microsoft. If it is a browser bug, you'll want to file with with the browser vendor. Perhaps both.

Ideally include the URL of a reduced test case, because in the problem as stated below, there is insufficient information to diagnose further. Your description is too general.
