RE: PFWG-ISSUE-348: Consider renaming (now actually 'deprecating' in ARIA 1.1) role="presentation" to avoid avoid author confusion

As the “sinner” in public-html, I should say that role="layout" has 
already been mentioned in this thread - not by me though.  I am not 
agianst 'layout'.
