+1. However, it is important to note that support for @scope is very 
very poor. While this is - strictly speaking - a User Agent issue the 
reality of how @scope is used and supported should be held firmly in 
mind by the editors as the HTML 5 specification progresses.

I do hope that the level of UA support for @scope will improve.
