     + Operating System: Windows XP Professional (Version 2002) SP2
     + Processor/CPU Speed: Intel Pentium 4/3.20GHz
     + RAM: 2GB

1. FireVox Results: FAIL

extension: with FireVox (5.2)

RESULT 1:
does not speak text generated by CSS using :before, even though the 
pseudo-content is visually rendered to the screen by FF2

generated text neither spoken nor rendered

JAWS version: 8.0.2173 Unicode

RESULT 3:
does not speak text generated by CSS using :before, even though the 
pseudo-content is visually rendered to the screen by FF3; if, however,
one turns Virtual Cursor Off (INSERT + Z) screen-scraping does enable
the generated text to be spoken, but this is NOT the default setting 
for JAWS when in a hypertext document instance.
