Web Security Experience, Indicators and Trust: Scope and Use Cases

I have drafted a review, attached, of this Note draft from WSC.

On first reading their document sounds like it needs a radical reset  
to model/view separation.
On more careful reading, I think that our case can be presented as a  
modest reframe, and necessary
from their goals and the actual exigencies of their problem.

This is posted to XTECH because:

They work in public.

All our guidelines groups are implicated in the issues: they deal  
with content guidance, user
agent functionality, and authoring practice.
