the draft examples seem to suggest that if you use the DOCTYPE for the
extended version of XHTML you can put in the HTML namespace but not the
aaa namespace declaration.
As I read the namespaces spec, this is not correct - either you use
non-namespace aware HTML and have no xmlns attributes, or you use
namespaces and then must explicitly declare the namespace for each element
- in other words for the things in the aaa space, you have to have an
xmlns declaration.
