Hi, I have had major problems on accessibility with NHS England's Patient Accessibility software as this is a real heap of poo. There are major flaws in it such as no synchronisation of the central database with local records in GP surgeries so that if the support person in the surgery deletes the record in order to give you a new patient ID, it does not work as the central system still has your original record rather than the deleted or updated one. A recipe for disaster I think. Another accessibility issue is the fact that the system was designed for mobile phones. Of course many people do not use a mobile and there are also those people who have a phone but cannot get a signal from where they live. Add to this is the NHS's refusal to treat people with dignity and the system demands you input a mobile number even though this is meant to be 'optional'. So my question therefore is will new software designed to the new standard be accessible from a laptop running Windows 10 and running accessibility software such as Supernova (current version)?
