Re: [w3c/wai-inclusion] Update index.md (#37)

Thanks Shadi,

I've seen your comments and responded to them on GitHub. In short, I have
no significant issues with them.

I was not aware that a full review had already been done on this. It
appears in the EOWG Resource management spreadsheet and is marked as "Nic
can take a pass at it", and is one of the 5 resources Shawn and I had
agreed to get going first.

I have been doing incremental changes and was planning on continuing to do
so until the entire document had been reviewed for Plain English and
simplification of sentences.
