I noticed a few small things in the Introduction to this document [1]. Second paragraph of introduction "While accessibility focuses on people with disabilities, accessibility also benefits..." repeats "accessibility." Could be "While accessibility focuses on people with disabilities, it also benefits..." Third paragraph, "invest the initial costs" could be "make the initial investment." The last sentence "a" rather than "the" in "...an analysis of the project's value..."
