The note Style selection and Media types http://www.access.digex.net/%7Easgilman/web-access/ACSS/styles_vs_media.html talks a little about the kind of capabilities I think we need and why. This is more of a CSS architecture issue which has accessibility fallout than a direct accessibility issue. -- Al Gilman
