Hi Kim,

Some of the summaries contain some good wording, but the style of referring to each SC means that for GLs with lots of SCs they become laundry lists (e.g. http://www.w3.org/WAI/UA/UAAG20/#summary18). ATAG 2.0 has “Rationales” instead, which gives the editors a bit more flexibility to be concise.

So, instead of dropping the SCs I’d prefer to keep them as something more like ATAG’s Rationales.

I think the summaries are confusing  folks because they have not been updated and so there are lots of wrong numbers etc. I think Jeanne and I should finish our edit pass -- summaries are what's left -- and then take a look at if there are still issues.
