(unknown charset) Re: Screen reader reading order?

well speaking personally, my business vision / lynx combination reads it 
in order as well.  In fact going back to read some of the articles.
Suggestion?
How does chrome manage the page using its own kind of sort of  effort at 
creating speech?
Speaking personally, that feels like a chrome  factor, not a voiceover 
one, or anything you can impact.
