Oh fine point! I prefer honey pots as well. Still in the discussion I am addressing on the Google Access list, the same source stating that math problems provide no security says that also applies to the Honey pot solution. I echo your stance, there has to be a better solution other than audio challenges, images, math, or anything else that puts walls in the way of goods / services.
