W3C Failures - test page

Hi all,

I'm in the process of constructing a test page exhibiting known WCAG failures, but it crosses my mind that such a thing may already exist. This would be useful for evaluating accessibility tools. Do you know of any resource(s) that illustrates some\ all of the W3C WCAG known failures, from https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG20-TECHS/failures.html ?
