WCAG Next Possible Models

The time based model could work well however it could also enable special interest groups to delay specific success criteria and hence, effectively,  exclude them.


 Therefor any time based model there  must have clear criteria for success to prevent this. (This is a good idea for any model -but essential for the time based one.)




 For example, the  criteria could be:


 70% of wcag agree that: 
 It is human testable (with a 8 out of 10 experts agreeing benchmark)
It is widely applicable (exceptions may be used to enable this criteria to be met)
There is one supportive technique
There is a “understanding this SC” section that explains the need
All of the above are clearly written.
