Sure. But I was trying to push you further toward direct collaboration  
with academic institutions (e.g. by directly recognising appropriate  
academic qualifications as equivalent to IAAP certification) than I  
believe you are currently planning to go.

(Yes. And of its failings :) ).

By the way, I agree with your suggestion that IAAP certification should  
not have a *requirement* for completing a certain education course or some  
amount of experience (which would be terribly hard to assess reliably  
anyway), although those two things, combined or singly, would be the  
normal way someone learns the necessary skills to successfully be  
certified.
