You're welcome :) Only improvements I would make to it, would be to add messages so that people knew how to operate it with keyboard (e.g., using TITLE attribute on date field, advising user that if you click on the calendar icon you can select the date by means of keyboard), and, if possible, to allow the user to use keyboard to jump to a day in the month.
