Not to be too critical, but: how bad is that page, in terms of actual 
design? All text - very dense copy at that - with no images, diagrams, 
screenshots, etc, and let's be honest a horrid overall look and 
feel...not the friendliest place where I'd send somebody that has 
problems with browsing the web.

But yes, something like that.
