Well, your page violates the W3C/WAI WACG Priority 2 and 3:

P2: This document has a "title" tag but its content "Untitled Document" does
not specify an appropriate title. You should provide metadata to add
semantic information to pages and sites [P2, 13.2]. Such metadata, like that
supplied by the "title" element, can provide important orientation
information to users. Metadata is information about your document.

P3: You did not identify the language of the text:

Besides I found 21 MarkUp errors and two other minor issues. Code needs to
be cleaned up.
