Sidar's VIII Jornadas por IRC

Hi folks,

for anyone who would like to follow the Sidar VIII Jornadas (annual
conference) in IRC, we will be noting things in the #accessibility channel
on the IRC server irc.freenode.net

The conference takes place over the next 3 days, and is physically in
Buenos Aires, Argentina (2 hours ahead of US Eastern Time, 4 hours behind
Central European Time, 14 hours behind Australian Eastern Summer Time).

Note that it will be in Spanish (or Portonol, aos veces :-)
