beware of writing to a particular screen reader, many people do not use
that particular version, you can write generically and be read by most
screen readers but if you write to a particular piece of software you trap
yourself if that software changes, or if someone is using something else.

I am a firm believer in "open source" software and JAWS is very much not
open source so for a screen reader I would use
EMACSPEAK which is open source,.but not compatablie with JAWS
