I've just been asked, is there any standard way of adding metadata to an image. Lets say in XML. If I have EXIF, or Adobe's XMP, i.e. lots of potential metadata, How should I add it? Anyone know if any work has been done in this area? EXIF, JPEG people etc? Targeted at html, this might be reduced to a long string, or added as adjacent text blocks within a div.
