iCITA Petition (was Re: Accessible Web Publishing Wizard for Microsoft Office (UIUC))

Sorry to beat a dead or dying horse (and for the eminent cross-posting)
but I have started a petition to formally ask that iCITA at the
University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign open source version 1.0 (the
no longer offered and defunct version) of the Accessible Web Publishing
Wizard for Microsoft Office as open source software. The petition is

I still think this is a valid argument, and I don't think it's too much
to ask of iCITA, since they aren't making money or receiving value in
version 1.0 right now.
