Moving the scrollbar seems very obvious, one can change the width in Xp or 2000 which I only just discovered you can turn the screen around:-) I use a cordless trackman wheel from logitech, it is excellent if you have a right handed thumb, otherwise:-( http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm?page=support/products/ details&CRID=309&CONTENTID=5001&countryid=18&languageid=1 i've asked them if they do a left-handed version...
