Just wishful thinking at the moment, the language pseudo-class: :lang
[1] is not supported in the latest, Mozilla [2] or Opera [3]. I've no
idea about IE though.

[1] http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-CSS2/selector.html#lang

[2] http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=35768

[3] All CSS2 selectors are supported with the exception of:
    :first-child, :focus, :lang
