I already mailed the original author on this topic, but <h4>1. Quaternary Heading<h4> is the first problem. Bobby itself is the second> h1 h1 h1 h2 h2 h3 h4 h5 h6 h2 is a perfectly valid sequence whether Bobby thinks it is or not (to cite a new example).
