I'm currently working with a site developper which has implemented a roll over it seems that triggers an event pop up and the only way I even knew it was there was to look at the source after discussing this with the service group the link does not show up at all in any way shape or form in the jaws rendering of the page. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Phill Jenkins" <pjenkins@us.ibm.com> To: <w3c-wai-ig@w3.org> Sent: Thursday, February 21, 2002 5:23 PM Subject: Re: applets Isn't this just a problem when the applet is in-line on the page. If it is launched into a new browser window, then one can easily keyboard navigate between windows and navigate within the window/applet. Would this work for you? (frustrating - there are ways of making this possible but they are not yet widely enough implemented). You should also provide the link as alternative content, but some keyboard users may have Java enabled and so not get the alternative content - again frustrating but the way things are implemented at the moment. cheers Charles McCN On Tue, 19 Feb 2002, Lubow Scott wrote: We have an applet that can be clicked on with a mouse to follow a link.
