For others to be able to test this I attach a revised test page using
Emanuelle's styles.

There are some residual nuisances in NN when the window is narrow enough.  The
eye bigots probably will never go there.  Explained further in the enclosed.

I am testing with IE 5.50.4522.1800 and NN 6.2.1.
