Haven't followed the recent thread on greek characters (I think) but did see Kynn's comments on transforming MathML to English. Seemed like a good idea to me (one of the great benefits of XML!) and couldn't see any problems. I asked whether anyone has heard or knows of anything on another list and got the following reply which looks very promissing!! I haven't got time to follow it up at the moment but thought I'd let you all know in case anyone else feels the urge to investigate. Here's the short reply: You might be better asking on www-math list rather than here, there has been some work on MathMl to (French) Braille (see the implementations page for MathML implementations) There has also been some work on on voice rendering for Mathml, but I haven't seen the details of that. http://www.w3.org/Math/iandi/ Cheers Ian ___________________________________________________________________________ This email is confidential and intended solely for the use of the individual to whom it is addressed.
