Hi Do people have filtering and threading set up? Without it busy lists are _very_ hard to cope with. The first thing people need is to make sure that email from this list is filtered into a separate folder from other email (this should be done for all email lists), there is some background information on this here: http://www.groupsense.co.nz/filtering.html And specific instructions for various clients here: http://www.groupsense.co.nz/howtofilter.html And some specifically for Outlook here: http://kb.indiana.edu/data/afaj.html?cust=1200 Once the list is filtered into a separate folder it becomes easy to just check the message on the list when you have time. The second very important thing to set up is threading -- this ensures that discussion around a specific topic is kept together and makes it easy for people to ignore discussions if they don't have time for them. There is more threading information here: http://www.groupsense.co.nz/threading.html And instructions for setting it up in various clients here: http://www.groupsense.co.nz/howtothread.html Hope this helps.
