no it is easy.

try to use your site using web browser LYNX and e-mail PINE I believe
these are listed by name in section 508 as a minimum standard (part of the
reason I run em) then of course visit "bobby"


if you can use your site then it has probably a 99.9% chance of being
compliant.

if you are not proud of what you get or cannot use it effectively the same
as your site using a graphics browser then it probably is going to be a
problem
