My personal favorite accessibility aspect of the new White House site is in the text-only pages. On each graphical page there is a link to a text-only version that is quite accessible including a text navigation bar at the top. However, the links in the text navigation bar on all of the text-only pages go to the graphics version of each page. I thought that when I followed a link on the text-only page that it might take me to the next page as text-only as well. Silly me.
