I have been using one of these devices for sometime and at least for me it makes a lot of things easier. For someone like me with limited, but some, useful vision it makes it possible to actually use a mouse on occasion. While there still needs to be a lot of work done on applications the device certainly has the potential to expand and enhance the use of the web, and actually just Windows based platforms in general for some disability groups. As for its relationship to section 508, that's a very interesting question. Since it is a mouse it would not be useable by some disability groups but it does expand the possibilities in possibly allowing the use of a mouse by other groups that couldn't use one before. Although I don't have any direct experience of it I understand that by changing the way it 'dampens' actions it is useful for some people with various motor impairments. Marti
