I like, I want, I hate, I don't. The truth is that things work and they don't. Things that work for people with disabilities usually work for all people. Even if you take it to extremes and use the right pictures and such for those targets and use text and noframes and well layed out pages with thoughtful easy to read designs, they are appealing and they work.
