I do not have a contact name for you, but suggest you start at the IBM developer XML site http://www.ibm.com/developer/xml?loc=170,t=g,p=xml000 I'm sure as you engage with IBM and ask questions about XMl and BizTalk, you'll be given the stock treatment that has permeated their customer facing sales force material.
