Re: please help correct a problem?

Thanks.  I have forwarded this to the university but not to the higher
ups.  I am interested in bringing the right parties together to go
over the technical feasibility first and that meeting would hopefully
compries parties who could explain the process needed to fix the
problem and the entities empowered to make the decision to correct the
problem.  The outcome of that meeting would determine next steps.
I am not an advocate in that sense, rather a fascilitator of change. 
I will have to withdraw from the process if it reaches the advocacy
process because it will be out of my ability to handle.

I see this is as a technology issue that needs clarification and
clearing up at this point.
