RE: please help correct a problem?

Hi, Cynthia

A question that has come up here in Berkeley is whether an instructor
can require students to use either IE or Netscape but not lynx because
he wants to use Javascript on the course web pages. In a way, this
boils down to instructor's preference versus a student's preference.
Blind people can use IE or Netscape, but can a student choose to use
lynx because he/she doesn't want to learn Windows?

Thanks,
Scott
