when i attempted to access the access-usa web site, but when i activated the
"Frames & Text" hyperlink (the only hyperlink on the site's front page) , i
received a 404 "Not Found" error, so i sent an error report to the site's
maintainers... as soon as i receive a response and slash or the link is fixed,
i'll email the list, so that others can check out the site, too...
